Maureen Ross O’Connell

Vice President of Ross, Webber & Grinnell Insurance, an Alera Group

Maureen is a licensed Insurance broker and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor designation (CIC).  Maureen is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Agency Insurance Association (MAIA) where she served as Education Chairperson for several years.   She also served on multiple Agency Advisory Committees for various Insurance Carriers over the years.

Maureen is committed to the community.  She is a current board member of the Holyoke Rotary Club, where she serves as Literacy Chairperson and Co-Chair of the Holyoke Rotary Summer Concerts held each summer in downtown Holyoke, and is a board member of the Greater Holyoke YMCA.   In 2009, Maureen was awarded a Paul Harris Fellow, the highest honor bestowed upon a Rotarian, for her commitment to Rotary and service above self.  She was awarded the 2011 Top Ten Women in Business Award from the Women Business Owners Alliance of the Pioneer Valley.   In 2017 she received a District Governor Citation for her “outstanding contributions to literacy with the Holyoke Rotary Club”.  She is also a past member of the board of the Friends of Holyoke Public Schools, a 501c3 devoted to providing funding for arts, literacy and stem programing for the Holyoke Public School System.  She is a past board member of Buy Holyoke Now, a collaborative effort of lenders, insurance agents, real estate professionals and nonprofit groups working to provide incentives and encourage homeownership in the City of Holyoke.

Maureen is a lifelong resident of Holyoke. She has two grown children and four grandchildren.  She spends her free time with her dog Charlie as well as on the golf course.


Steve Messineo

President and CEO, Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce

Steve Messineo is an accomplished entrepreneur, business owner, and Doctor of Physical Therapy. In 2002, Steve opened his first business, All-Access Physical Therapy in Shrewsbury and grew it from a 2-man operation to a thriving business with three locations and 25 staff members before selling it in 2020.

After two years in Executive Sales, Steve has recently become the President and CEO of the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit organization serving business people in the communities surrounding Marlborough, MA. Having been in healthcare for many years, Steve has seen the challenges families face when their healthcare costs are not covered by their insurance plans. Steve is motivated to support those families through his contributions to Kingdom Health Group.


Sean Sullivan

Founder and Marketing Director, Xheight Studios

Sean is a professional online marketing expert with over 25 years of experience in helping businesses succeed in the digital world. Sean specializes in ranking clients’ websites on the front page of Google, generating thousands in monthly revenue through hundreds of local and national keywords.

Sean understands the challenges of doing business online. He can help overcome these obstacles and achieve success and is excited to bring those skills to Kingdom Health Group.

Sean is a member of the Belchertown, MA community  where he has served on and helped several boards, including the Belchertown Education Foundation, where he was  was recognized with the 2020 Community Champion Award for his community-minded citizenship in support of the Foundation’s mission to enrich the education of students in Belchertown Public Schools.


Ron Chernisky

AKA Ron the Realtor

Ron above all else is a husband, father and grandfather who loves Jesus. Ron and his wife Lorna have a large blended family. When he is not playing with one of his seven kids or eight grandchildren, he really enjoys helping people find there perfect home or property.

Ron is dedicated to serving others. He currently serves as Treasurer for Central Baptist Church in Southbridge, MA. He is a Rotarian, focused on service above self, a member of BNI, and most importantly, he is a Christian. Ron has also served his hometown as Town Councilor for four terms and was a small-business owner prior to pursuing a career in real estate.


Jay Seyler

Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer, Greenfield Cooperative Bank

Jay has more than 30 years of experience in commercial banking, assisting small business owners achieve their goals.  In his current role at Greenfield Cooperative Bank, Jay provides financing for companies in Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden Counties.

As a member of the East Longmeadow Rotary Club, Jay has served as two-time past president and is the current treasurer.  Jay is also a volunteer, and former board member, for the Drama Studio in Springfield. Jay and his wife reside in East Longmeadow and are thankful their two boys live in the area.

Steve Corbin

Manager, Employee Benefits, The Dowd Agency

Steve has been in the health insurance industry for over two decades. He has worked for large, national insurance companies as well as local, independent insurance agencies. In his current role at the Dowd Agency his focus is on bringing high-value, low cost health insurance solutions to his clients.

Steve lives in Belchertown, MA with his wife, three daughters and two dogs.  Steve believes in service. He currently serves on the leadership teams of his Parish’s chapter of That Man is You and the Men of St. Joseph, two groups focused on developing leaders in our community. He is a past Grand Knight of his Knights of Columbus Council. Steve also served on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Holyoke, The Belchertown Community Preservation Committee, Belchertown Recreation Committee, Belchertown Lacrosse Association and served as Treasurer for the Stingrays Swim Team. In addition, Steve volunteers his time as a youth basketball and lacrosse coach.
